Richard Menchaca
President & CEO

Richard Menchaca has been a director of Petroflow Energy since June 2009 and its President and CEO since May 2010. Prior to joining Petroflow Energy, Richard was a principal and founder of several oil and gas exploration and production companies. He spent almost 20 years in commercial and oil and gas banking. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington for his BBA in Finance as well as pursuing his MBA studies. Richard also received a graduate degree from the SMU Southwestern School of Banking.

Dennis Baggett
Vice President & COO

Dennis Baggett manages all development, drilling and completion operations. A Petroleum Engineer with thirty years of experience in all aspects of project management and development of oil and gas properties. Before joining us in April 2006, he worked for several independent oil and gas companies in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arkansas. Dennis holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.

Louis Schott
General Counsel

Louis Schott has over 22 years of legal and business experience, with 16 years in the oil and gas industry including substantial experience in legal, land, title, finance and corporate and asset acquisitions. Prior to joining Petroflow in 2005, he served in various senior roles with TDC Energy from 1996 through 2005 and prior to 2006, as an oil and gas attorney with Liskow & Lewis in New Orleans. Louis is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a graduate of Tulane University with a Masters of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate. Louis has also successfully completed the testing requirement to be a Certified Public Accountant.

Donna Davis
Land Manager

Donna Davis has worked as a Landman for over 30 years, working primarily in the Rockies, Oklahoma and Kansas. Prior to joining Petroflow in June of 2008, she worked for several oil and gas companies, and was also a co-owner in a small exploration company. Donna is a Certified Petroleum Landman and is a member of the Tulsa and American Associations of Petroleum Landmen.

Jeff Young
Controller

Jeff Young has over 25 years of accounting experience with 10 years specific to the oil and gas industry in both midstream and upstream sectors. Prior to Petroflow, he served 4 years as CFO for Clear Creek Natural Gas, Clear Creek Energy Services, and CCES Piceance Partners I with projects primarily in Wyoming and Colorado. As a consultant, he has worked with over 60 companies in the design, conversion and implementation of accounting software and systems. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
